RESERVATION CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW TERMS
We understand that travel plans can change, but advance notice is required to avoid penalties. All cancellations must be submitted directly to DriverAnytime.com by phone or email. A booking is considered cancelled only once you have received written confirmation from us. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact our office to verify. We cannot be held responsible for blocked or undelivered emails.
Failure to cancel within the required time frame, or failure to appear for your scheduled ride, will result in a full charge to your account.
Minimum Cancellation Notice Periods
Unless otherwise specified in your confirmation, the following rules apply:
• Airport Transfers (all vehicle types): 24 hours in advance
• Weekday Service (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Buses): 24 hours in advance
• Weekend Service (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Buses): 4 days in advance
• Party Bus Reservations: 7 days in advance
• Holidays, Weddings, and Special Events (all services): 7 days in advance
Changes to Airport Pick-Ups
Modifications to airport transfers must be phoned in no later than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
No-Show Policy
If you have difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the customer service number in your confirmation. Departing the pick-up location without contacting us will be treated as a no-show and billed at the full trip rate.
