Setting up the pickup and having them contact my young daughter for the pickup airport was seamless and the driver made her feel very comfortable in the drive. He made sure she made it to her location in a timely manner and waited for her to get into her building before leaving. It helps me feel more at ease knowing they cared enough to wait.
