The Mercedes Limo van was so clean! The driver was so helpful, he met us as we came in to baggage claim, walked with us to the luggage carousel. Helped us with our bags and gave us cold water for the ride home. I will definitely be using them again!

I am so pleased with my many years of riding with them. My recent experience was excellent as always. The drivers arrive 20 min early and always help me with my bags. They are courteous and drive safely in clean and comfortable cars. When they pick you up at the airport, they are waiting for you at baggage claim and help you get your bags off the conveyor belt and then get them into and out of the limo. I consider the limo cost part of my travel budget and wouldn’t take any other means of transportation to and from the airport. The safety, comfort and help with my bags are well worth the extra expense.

We could not be happier with our experience, their communication was excellent. This was my first party bus rental, so I had many questions. The website featured a lot of the information to consider before renting a party bus so I shopped around using their information and I landed back at them. They sent me photos of the bus and Jacob answered all of my inquiries (ice, cups, water? Yes!). Having never been to Miami, I had to make several changes to the pickup / drop off spots before the day of our event. Each time, Jacob sent me text or email confirmation of the changes. Second, the party van was perfect for our 15 guests. The van was clean, very comfortable, and the a/c, party lights, and sound system worked well. Finally, our driver Tom was on time, courteous and professional. He knew what he had to do and he did it well! We rented with them about three weeks before our event and they made the trip to and from the wedding the perfect way to travel! Thank you Team!

If there were more stars I would rate this company even higher. I have been a customer for several years and would trust no one else for my family. They are always on time with an impeccably clean car and friendly service. Recently, our return flight was several hours late. I actually called Alex and told him not to wait for us.
