Let me start by saying that since this is the first time I have ever rented a car service and didn’t have anyone’s recommendation, I was nervous about being scammed. This company was super easy and friendly to work with from start to finish and delivered! They answered as many questions as I came up with to throw at them. Reservation was super easy. Made my deposit. They followed thru with me, timely, all the way to the day of my event with text messages and emails. Our driver, Roger, was there on-time, with all of the specs I had ordered, balloons, champagne, the works! The car itself was exactly as I expected and as pictured on the website. We had two stops we programmed for our day and Fernando delivered us there in a timely and professional manner. Both office staff and he made our experience a very memorable one. I would, without a doubt, recommend to anyone looking for this type of service. Our group had an amazing time and I will definitely be going back to them for our next one.

Exceptional service. Both drivers that picked us up and dropped us off were super patient. When we arrived in miami, our luggage was delayed by 40 minutes, our driver waited patiently for us, and then even offered to stop anywhere we wanted. On our way back, the driver was 15 minutes early and patiently waited as we checked out. Their service is well worth the price!

EXCELLENT!! Used them for 3 separate trips for our group visiting Miami for a Birthday trip. Prices were fair. Communication was great. Great driver and service. Would recommend for anyone looking for a fun way to travel somewhere. Even with the higher cost than taking an Uber, being on a bus together with your whole group makes it worth it!
