DRIVERANYTIME.COM — SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to DriverAnytime.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) describe the rules and obligations that apply when you book or use our ground transportation services (“Services”). By reserving with us or riding in our vehicles, you are agreeing to these Terms.

We may update this Agreement from time to time without advance notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted will mean you accept the updated version. Please review these Terms regularly.

• RATES & PRICING

Our prices may change without notice and can be higher during holidays, weekends, or special events.

• QUOTES & TRIP COSTS

All fare quotes given at the time of booking are estimates only, based on the details you provide. Final costs may differ and can include tolls, gratuity, wait time, extra stops, or parking.

• CHANGES AFTER PICK-UP

If your route or plans change once the trip begins, additional charges may apply. Please confirm revised pricing with your driver or by calling +1 (877) 880-9977.

• USE OF TOLL ROADS

Chauffeurs choose routes they believe are safest and most efficient. Sometimes that includes toll roads. All tolls are billed directly to the passenger at full rate. Round-trip tolls may apply.

• GRATUITY

A standard 20% gratuity is automatically added for Bus and Van reservations. For all other vehicle types, gratuity is at the passenger’s discretion unless otherwise noted.

• WAIT TIME

Each booking includes limited complimentary waiting time. If passengers arrive late or request extra waiting at stops, charges apply in 15-minute increments at the vehicle’s hourly rate. For airport pick-ups, no wait charges are billed for flight or baggage delays.

• EXTRA STOPS

Fares cover direct travel from pick-up to drop-off. Additional stops are priced separately and calculated by distance and time. Call +1 (877) 880-9977 in advance if you’d like an exact quote.

• AIRPORT PARKING

If a reservation requires airport parking, charges will be added to the fare according to the Port Authority’s rates.

• CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up to avoid fees. Requests may be submitted by phone at +1 (877) 880-9977 or by email at info@driveranytime.com.

• NO-SHOWS

If our chauffeur cannot reach the passenger or related contact within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, the trip is treated as a no-show. No-shows may be billed in full.

• CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

All changes must be received at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Short-notice changes may not be possible and could result in partial or full charges.

• CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

For reservations paid by card, a pre-authorization may be placed in the amount of up to 150% of the quoted fare. This secures anticipated costs, including tolls, waiting time, or other extras. Holds are released within 3–5 business days after final billing.

The passenger must present the actual card at pick-up along with valid identification. All details must match the reservation.

• PAYMENT PROCESSING & SECURITY

All card transactions are processed securely on the date of travel. We use encrypted technology to protect your information. See our Privacy Policy for further details.

• VIRTUAL & SINGLE-USE CARDS

We do not accept online-only or one-time use card numbers.

• BILLING REVIEW

Final charges are subject to audit after the trip. Corrections may be made for tolls, waiting time, parking, or stops not included in the original estimate. All fares include applicable taxes.

• AFFILIATE NETWORK

DriverAnytime.com may use partner companies or affiliates to provide service on our behalf.

• VEHICLE REPRESENTATIONS

Images of vehicles on our website are for illustration only. The actual vehicle may differ in appearance or features.

• PERSONAL BELONGINGS

DriverAnytime.com is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles.

Found items are kept for 30 days. Return delivery is available for a fee based on distance.

• PETS & ANIMALS

Animals weighing over 25 lbs. must travel in a van or minivan (service animals excluded). Pets must be in carriers or leashed at all times. Notify us in advance at +1 (877) 880-9977 if traveling with a pet. Chauffeurs may refuse transport of unannounced animals.
